How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website, through the respective Product pages. Once your product has been added to Cart, you should be able to Checkout and our system will prompt you to fill out the relevant information to make the purchase.

I just placed an order, now what?

Thank you for shopping with Ruuji! We truly appreciate your support. Once you go to the Confirmation Screen indicating that your order has successfully been placed, please check your registered email for a confirmation email. We will then notify you once the order has been processed, shipped, and completed.

How do I track the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email where a tracking code will be provided.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

An order will take about 1 - 3 business days to process, and the shipping duration for the order fulfillment depends on your region, and shipping option of choice. Please visit our Shipping page for more accurate details on shipping duration.


How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore, and will continue to expand our service areas. Join our Mailing List and stay tuned!


How do I know which sizing fits me best?

Each product page comes with a Sizing Chart and includes methods to make accurate measurements suitable for our products.

  1. Use a measuring tape
  2. Use a thread or string to wrap around the measuring area, and then use a ruler to measure the length.

If your measurements indicate that you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing down due to the ultra-stretchable material used for most of our products..

How do I make a return?

We are sorry to hear that you need to make a return. Please take a look at our Return & Refund Policy page to see if your item is eligible for return, and how to proceed with the Return process.

I believe my item is faulty. How do I proceed?

There may be rare cases where items received are faulty, or defective. As part of our Return & Refund Policy,we do allow returns with photographic evidence provided. To learn more please see our Return & Refund Policy

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?

No, you do not. We are pleased to say that we offer free Return & Refund services upon item eligibility.

How will refunds be issued?

If your returned items have been inspected and approved for refund, we will issue a refund through Store Credits for future Ruuji purchases.

Is there an expiry date to my store credit?

No, once a refund is given via store credits, it will be available to use without an expiry date.

Can I exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services at the moment, but we do offer free Return & Refund services, if your item is eligible.
